Stress Relief Tools & Strategies

When it comes to stress relief tools and strategies, the good news is there are a lot of techniques to choose from. The bad news is there are a lot of techniques to choose from.

That’s right – the good news and the bad news is the same. Why do I say that? Because one size does not fit all when it comes to a technique or two that works for you. Therefore, you will need to experiment with different techniques to see which ones you find work best for you. And once you find a technique or two you like best, you will need to make it a habit to use this technique whenever you sense stress negatively taking over your mind and body. That’s the first step to avoiding the dreaded burnout.

Believe it or not, I have over 100 stress relief techniques I have experimented with over the years, both with myself and my clients. I have organized them into the following categories that align with The LIGHTEN™ Model, and these tools are included in both my book and my video blog:
