Stress Relief Coaching Services

Learn whether a stress coach is right for you and how I can support you in reaching your full potential.

You are at the point of decision regarding your stress – and the potential burnout that comes with it.

You can either continue down the path of least resistance, the path you have already been traveling, or you can choose the road less traveled. The path of least resistance will probably result in you getting the same outcomes you’ve always received.

What is the cost of not handling your stress effectively? It’s hard to be exact, yet you can start with a simple calculation:

Hours lost due to your stress multiplied by your hourly rate = your cost of indecision

Think about that for a moment. Whatever number you came up with, go ahead and add an additional amount for the mental, physical and emotional strain that adds up over time. If you are honest with yourself, that number is likely to be very significant – especially if it results in burnout.

If you want something different to happen – to change how you deal with stressful situations – you have to do something different.

And I truly believe you can reach your full potential if you can get a handle on your stress.

So Why Use a Coach?

All professional athletes have a coach. Most high-potential executives and managers have engaged in coaching. Why? Because doing it on your own, without accountability, is not as effective as having someone support you in reaching your full potential.

With a stress coach you are investing in yourself, to more quickly:

  • Understand what is your stress response physically, mentally and emotionally
  • Identify what set you off in the first place – your stress “triggers” that consistently put you in that fight or flight response and how this relates to your thoughts, moods and energy
  • Learn and practice clever stress relief techniques that work to create long-term, systemic change
  • Get results because you are being held accountable for keeping your commitments to making positive changes in how you deal with whatever is thrown at you as “life happens”

Is Coaching Right for You?

If you’re someone who becomes easily stressed or frustrated, trying to do things on your own, without any support, will only add to your frustration. You will save yourself a lot of energy, and you will prevent stress and burning yourself out by hiring a coach to be your support along the way to achieving your goals.
